Eric Schneider
Eric, the founder of Experience Excellence, combines a background as an architect and a management consultant specialising in strategy and creativity. With degrees in economics, architecture and an MBA from London Business School, he has a strong interest in behavioural economics and the impact of design and creative resources on organisational performance. Eric is also principal of Schneider + Partners, and a partner of saw architects. The 200 plus clients with whom he has worked have comprised many creative organisations, a wide range of SME's, not-just-for-profit organisations and major corporates (including Boots, BBC, British Airways, Costain, Design Council, Greater London Transport, Halfords, Historic Royal Palaces, ICI et al).

Hilary Boys DPhil OXON
Hilary has worked in design for over twenty five years as a marketing consultant and a strategic planner. She aims to understand and strengthen the emotional bond between consumers and brands and has experience in many experiential destination brands such as Gatwick Airport, St Pancras International, Sofitel Hotels, La Grande Epicerie Paris, and National Maritime Museum of Cornwall. She uses a semiotic understanding to get under the radar of consumers and is interested in neuro-emotions.

Annabel Jackson
Annabel is an evaluator with 27 year's experience, 21 running her own consultancy practice. Annabel specialises in the measurement of intangibles such as artistic quality, the artistic experience, capacity building, design capacity, human motivation, influencing, attitude change, empowerment, and memorability. Annabel acts as Experience Excellence's specialist research advisor.

David Foster
David is a strategy and change management consultant with an Executive MBA from London Business School and a background in brand experience marketing where he ran agencies for 11 years. This mix of consultant, entrepreneur and creative helps David work with our team to diagnose challenges within organisations at a holistic level, envisage solutions that transcend the current mental frames and engage stakeholders in implementation. His clients have included Sainsbury’s, the Post Office, Twinings, Bacardi Breezer. David is one of Experience Excellence’s associates.
